Do not be fooled by the other candidate! Kyle Miller is the only candidate qualified to serve as our District Judge having been certified by the Pennsylvania Minor Judiciary Education Board. No other candidate has completed this stringent course and examination process which is required by law to serve as District Judge.

201 Pa. Code § 601: Magisterial District Judges must complete a course of training and instruction in the duties of their office, pass an examination and be certified by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts.

When the other candidate asks for your vote, know that he is not even qualified under Pennsylvania law to serve as our District Judge.
